Join us

Our classes are perfect for beginners. Taekwondo teaches strikes, patterns, self defence, and sparring, and is fun whether you’ve trained in martial arts before or not. Your first taekwondo class with us is free, so make sure to come along!

Your first taekwondo class

We don’t expect you to know much about taekwondo when you start, so we teach the basics as well as advanced techniques across all of our classes.

For your first session you should:

  • wear clothes you can train in — such as sportswear or loose clothing
  • bring water to drink
  • tie back your hair if it will get in your way

Message us to us know when you’ll be joining us, and to ask us any questions you have.
